What kind of breakfast is served?+
A buffet breakfast with Italian, vegetarian and vegan options, including fresh pastries, pancakes, cheese, fruit and local specialities, with juice and champagne. In good weather it is served in the garden.
What types of room can I book?+
Four types: the Superior Double Room (20 m²), the Standard Double Room (15 m²), the Double Room with Garden View (25 m²) and the Queen Room with Garden View (27 m²). Each has one queen bed and a private bathroom.
What are the check-in and check-out times?+
Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM and check-out from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Late check-in is possible until 9:00 PM; please let us know your arrival time in advance.
Is parking available?+
Yes. Private parking is available on site with prior reservation at 10 EUR per day, and free street parking can usually be found nearby.
Is there a restaurant, pool or spa?+
There is no restaurant, swimming pool or spa. The hotel has a bar, a coffee house and a snack bar, and several restaurants are within a few minutes' walk.
Are pets allowed?+
Pets are allowed on request and charges may apply. Pet bowls are provided.
Is WiFi free?+
Yes, WiFi is available in all areas of the hotel and is free of charge.
Are there rooms with a balcony or garden view?+
Yes. Several rooms have balconies and the Double Room with Garden View and the Queen Room with Garden View look out over the villa garden.
Is there an airport shuttle?+
No shuttle service is offered. Milan Malpensa Airport is 42 km away and easily reached by car or taxi.
How far is the hotel from the centre of Verbania?+
The town centre and the lakefront are both within a short walk of the villa.
